1935 Brooklyn Dodgers team-signed mini bat, including Casey Stengel, with JSA LOA (Sigs. NM/MT). Outstanding 18″ Hanna Batrite mini bat has been signed by (27) members of the 1935 Dodgers, who were sometimes referred to as “Dem Bums” for their reputation as hapless but lovable losers. Black ink signatures include Casey Stengel, Dutch Leonard, Johnny Babich, Ray Benge, Joe Stripp, Dazzy Vance, Al Lopez, Sam Leslie, Van Mungo, among others, as well as NFL Hall of Famer Ken Strong. Bat, which has been inscribed “1935 Brooklyn Baseball Club,” exhibits moderate wear with a portion of the paint on the handle worn off.
